As you’ll probably be able to guess, our recruitment process is a thorough one – we’re looking for the very highest calibre graduates after all. But we also want it to be a rewarding one for both parties.
Once you hit the Apply button for your chosen programme, you’ll be able to fill in the application form and answer our screening questions. These questions are a vital part of the process designed to ensure that you are the right personal fit for Kimberly-Clark. You won’t be able to proceed with your application without getting these questions right.
If we like what’s in your application, you’ll be invited to complete online numerical, verbal and psychometric tests. Successful candidates at this stage will be asked to come to a one day assessment centre (if you are applying to the Supply Chain scheme, there will be a telephone interview first).
Impress us at the assessment centre and we’ll ring you up with a job offer.
Assessment Centre Dates
Marketing – 14th April in Kings Hill
Supply Chain – 2nd July in Brighton
Finance – 16th July in Brighton
Please note that for business deadline reasons, these dates are the only ones on which we can run assessment centres this year.
If you are invited to an assessment centre, you will need to bring with you your National Insurance number and proof of identity.
